I stopped going to the tim hortons down the street because the place is run by jackasses. I visit this place and low and behold it's a lot of the same staff. I ordered a white peppermint hot chocolate with no whip cream and it was like pulling teeth trying to get them to under stand. I had to explain myself about 50 different ways and when I drove off there was whip cream. it is not normal to get this pissed off trying to order a hot chocolate. if you want to keep your sense of inner peace in tact visit the Mc Donalds across the street it has fast and effective service and is not run by idiots.
