  As Rob M said last week. "If the service industry had more "Rob's" the world would be a good place!". And today I met this Rob. He was the most rude manager I ve come across. He said "why did you steal this toilet paper" while I never actually went into the washroom or left my table after ordering. I said check the camera then he threatened to call the cops. I offered to stay and wait for the cops. But then he baned me from the restaurant

  The restaurant was empty and it took them 10mins to just serve me a burger. And it tasted like it was frozen. Do not recommend this Wendy's

  My wife and I went through the drive-thru of this Wendy's after a ball game and were served by Rob. He was the most pleasant employee we have EVER had the pleasure of dealing with. If the service industry had more "Rob's" the world would be a good place!

  My friends and I went this Wendy's and purchased our food. The manager named Rob told us very oddly that that drinks were for only one person insisting that we were not allowed to share. My friends and I made no problems and cleaned our table on the way out. After crossing the road to go to Place D'Orleans the manager Rob came out yelling at us not to come back. Being confused on why we walked back to ask what we did. He accused us of stealing toilet paper that was off their property that my friend picked up and left. Also, it was obviously left overnight due it staining the pavement and grass from the night before. Rob then banned us from the store and gets the store owner who we assume was the store owner due to Rob talking to him and how he said they have cameras that they will check. Rob and his associate then threatened to take pictures of us all and call the police but after I told him that we would wait for the police he said he didn't have time for that and told us to get off of the property and we complied not causing any trouble.

  Really quite busy. Burger looked like it was dropped before wrapped. Mneh. Washrooms spotless. Lots of hand soap and tissue. Servers were good, smiling and doing their best to keep up. My suggestion, slow down and make each meal count - someone will be eating it for their meal, and they paid for it, afterall. They lose a star for this reason.
